The children and young people in our care have suffered significant trauma, neglect or abuse and may also be facing other complex issues. As Registered Manager of one of our children’s homes, you’ll make sure they get the care, attention and opportunities they need. How? By taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, providing your team with clear and effective leadership, and supporting the emotional and physical needs of the children and young people in your care. Your aim will be to create childhoods filled with positive experiences and happy memories, and to empower young people to become the best version of themselves.
